The VTIC team is excited to be heading to Ballarat for our next Spotlight
Step inside one of Ballarat's most exciting destinations for an unforgettable evening of connection, local flavour and behind-the-scenes experiences at our next Spotlight on a Member event, hosted by Itinerant Spirits x The Goods Shed, in Ballarat.
Join us on Wednesday, 19 August, from 4:30pm–6:30pm for an exclusive opportunity to explore the award-winning Itinerant Spirits Distillery while networking with fellow industry professionals.
Your experience begins with a welcome drink on arrival, followed by a delicious antipasto selection proudly served by Atlantic Group.
From 4:30pm–5:30pm, take an exclusive guided tour of the working distillery with Head Distiller, James, who will share the story behind Itinerant Spirits and take you through the production process, giving you a firsthand look at where their award-winning spirits are crafted.
From 5:00pm, the celebrations continue as the Itinerant Spirits team serves tastings of their full range from their signature roaming tasting trolley—offering plenty of opportunities to discover your new favourite drop.
You'll also hear from the team behind the venue, gain insight into their inspiring business journey, experience one of Ballarat's premier hospitality destinations, and enjoy a relaxed evening of networking with fellow tourism and hospitality operators.
